Paolo Catto is a coffee producer from Biella who has a passion for Arabica coffee. He matured this passion while working in the coffee shop founded by his paternal grandfather in 1945. He reinforced it turning to the best suppliers of raw coffee to rediscover the coffee of his childhood. A research itinerary in progress.
